After a long period of negotiation, UCATT members have narrowly accepted the pay award from the NHS employers. Members accepted with just 51.5% of the vote agreeing to the deal. The employers have been told that any future below inflation offers will be unacceptable and future deals must deal with the issues of Recruitment and Retention Payments for building craft workers and the pay banding of our members.
