UCATT is committed to the concept of Lifelong Learning and improving the basic skills and qualification levels of our members. After discovering that only 10 per cent of construction workers could prove their competence through formal qualifications we have produced the UCATT Lifelong Learning Strategy 2004-2010.
UCATT is committed to the aim of a qualified and registered construction workforce and feel the strategy will help us achieve this.
