Free Legal Aid for accidents at work.
If you are involved in an accident at work or develop an occupational illness the union can secure compensation through our free legal aid service. To request a legal aid form please contact your Regional Office .
Accidents outside work
If you or a member of your family have been involved in accident outside of your work UCATT will provide assistance and support in pursuing a claim at no cost and you will keep 100% of your damages.
